We pride ourselves on responding immediately to an enquiry from a customer, and can usually arrange for a home visibt the same day.
The project is then discussed with rough drawings if required, and an approximate price given. The customer will then receive an estimate by fax or post usually within 24 hours.
If the estimate is agreed with a 50% deposit the project is started and a finishing time agreed.
Top Layer is unique in London, in our reaction time from enquiry to estimate. This service is free of charge within the M25, and is charged @ £300.00 plus Vat outside the M25, but this is refunded if the project is proceeded with.
